Efektivitas Layanan Konseling Kelompok Berbasis Permainan Sebagai Media Pengembangan Empati Antar Budaya : Studi Literatur

Abstract

Group counseling services that utilize games are increasingly being chosen in psychology and counseling as a way to build intercultural empathy. Counseling groups provide an active social space for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds to discuss, interact, and understand each other's differences, with games serving as a tool that makes social and emotional learning more engaging and effective. This study utilized library research, where the data that became the object of the research consisted of library materials. Library research can be defined as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording, and processing research materials. The results of this study are group counseling services that utilize game media effectively to develop intercultural empathy. Through game activities, group members can express feelings and learn social skills such as cooperation, communication, and empathy directly within the context of group interactions.
