Abstract

MSME exports positively impact economic growth and economic development in Indonesia, so an effective and efficient method is needed through the use of technology. This article aims to formulate and develop a strategy for increasing technology-based export MSMEs. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis with an inductive reasoning approach through content analysis, library research, and digital service application model design for export MSMEs. The research results show that export MSMEs need to be oriented towards digitizing centralized services, which can be used as a forum for MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in e-commerce. The MSME Exchange solution focuses on trading Indonesian products ready for export. The MSME Exchange E-Commerce aims to benefit the Indonesian economy by providing opportunities for MSMEs to transact online with potential buyers in the export market. The MSMEs Exchange offers convenient services for MSMEs with the e-commerce concept. This service has several features, which include trading (trade agreements), logistics services, and InLeans.
