Analisis Syirkah al- Amlak dalam Hibah Aset Publik: Studi Kasus 200 Bus Listrik Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) kepada Pemprov DKI

Abstract

Shirkah, or musyarakah, is a concept of cooperation between two or more parties who contribute in the form of funds to build a joint venture. In the current development, one form of syirkah that is interesting to study is syirkah amlak, especially in the context of public asset grants that occur in the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta. This research focuses on analyzing the concept of syirkah amlak in public asset grants, with a case study of 200 electric bus grants from the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The method used in this research is a literature study sourced from journals, books, and academic references related to syirkah contracts and authorized institutions. The results of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the application of syirkah amlak in the management of public asset grants and its implications for transportation governance in Jakarta.
