Etika Distribusi Kekayaan Dalam Hadis: Rekonstruksi Keadilan Sosial Islam Di Tengah Fenomena Pekerja Miskin

Abstract

Global economic inequality continues to point to a fundamental paradox: work does not always guarantee decent well-being. The phenomenon  of working poor shows that some individuals continue to live in poverty even though they are active in the labor market. This condition shows that there are structural problems in the distribution of wealth and weak social protection for vulnerable groups. This research aims to analyze the ethical concept of wealth distribution in hadith and reconstruct its relevance in understanding social justice issues in the midst of the phenomenon of working poor. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method that analyzes hadith texts from major hadith books as well as academic literature related to Islamic economics and contemporary poverty. The analysis was carried out through a descriptive-analytical and thematic approach taking into account the modern social context. The results of the study show that the hadith contains ethical principles of wealth distribution that emphasize wage justice, social responsibility, solidarity with vulnerable groups, and the prohibition of labor exploitation. These values show strong relevance as a moral framework for building a more just and inclusive socio-economic system.
