Abstract

The Lazismu Purworejo, as an official institution managing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds, which also has legitimacy from the community to act as a liaison between muzaki and mustahik in Purworejo Regency, needs to maintain transparency and service to continue to increase the trust of muzaki. Tthis study aims to examine whether transparency and service quality can affect the trust of muzaki in Lazismu Purworejo. The research methodology is descriptive quantitative. Data was collected using questionnaires, while the sample was taken using probability sampling through simple random sampling, resulting in a sample of 217 respondents. The data obtained was processed using SPSS software 16.0. The results of the study indicate that transparency and service quality do not significantly affect the trust of donors in Lazismu Purworejo.
